Truffle Arugula Stuffed Crust Flatbread

Stuffed crust Truffle Arugula flatbread with a spicy cream cheese sauce and mushrooms for #meatlessmonday !

This is definitely my favorite flatbread combo these days, I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of it!

For the sauce:
-3oz softened cream cheese.
-1/2-1 Tbsp melted butter.
-1 Tbsp Mayo.
-1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes. (You can mix this in the sauce or wait until you spread the sauce over the flatbread and then sprinkle them on top.)

First I melt mozzarella cheese in between 2 @cutdacarb flatbreads with oil spray on a grill pan.  Cook until it is a little crispy and then spread the sauce over the flatbread.

Add a little more cheese, and Parmesan if you want.

Add cooked sliced mushrooms: I steam my mushrooms until most of the water is out and then shrink in size. (If you put raw mushrooms on they aren’t usually in the oven long enough with this flatbread to fully cook)

Put the pan into the oven at 350° for about 10 minuets until the cheese melts.

Add fresh arugula, and drizzle white truffle oil over top @latourangelleartisanoils available on amazon (such good flavor!) Sprinkle some chunky finishing salt over top and serve!
