Cilantro Shamrock Ahi Poke☘️.

As I was making this poke with the avocado on top, I couldn’t help but notice how much the cilantro looked like a shamrock☘️, so I made this festive St. Patrick’s day poke:) 🌈

-1/2 lb of sashimi grad ahi from @santamonicaseafood .

-3 Tbsp poke sauce @santamonicaseafood (or 1 tsp toasted sesame oil and 3tbsp rice wine vinegar.

-2 Tbsp sriracha (to your spice liking)

-1/4 cup edamame.

-1/3 cup chopped cucumber
