Low Carb Taco Burrito Bowl
After so much cooking the last few days it was nice to have a super easy healthy lunch! @realgoodfoods burrito bowl in a cut da carb taco shell bowl.

I added a little cabbage tossed in my chipotle crema sauce on the bottom, and cooked the bowl as the directions said, draining out a little excess water once it was done by dabbing it with a paper towel on the edges of the burrito bowl.

For the shell I just cut out about a 6.5 inch circle with the @cutdacarb , sprayed with a little oil and microwaved it for 10 seconds to make it more playable. And folded it in to a bowl and baked on 350° for about 5-7 mins. Until golden in color.

Just add in all your ingredients to the shell and enjoy! This was really good, I loved having a nice crunch to go along with this tasty burrito bowl!
