Cran-raspberry white chocolate

A keto-friendly cocktail using @skinnymixes cranberry mix, with puréed raspberry, and @choczero white chocolate on the rim.

-1 packet of cranberry @skinnymixes cocktail mix. (Discount code: LIZLOWCARBLIFE

-Sugarfree white chocolate chips from @choczero .
-Vanilla @choczero syrup(use code LIZLOWCARB to save $$!

)
-1/3 cup raspberries. (Save 3 for the topping)
-1 shot of vodka.
-4oz of water. I used sparkling!

Use the vanilla syrup to coat the rim of a martini glass, and roll in chopped up Choc zero white chocolate chips. Set in the freezer for about 5 mins.

Use a hand or regular blender to blend up the water, cranberry mix, and raspberries.
.
Pour in to a shaker with ice and add the vodka.
.
.
Pour mixture in to the martini glass and top with a tooth pick of 3 raspberries with a little whipped cream on top to look like Santa hats!

I wasn’t sure if this fell under the cocktail or dessert category, but I think it’s both!  Hope everyone has a great holiday!
