Donut snowmen for the kids!  This isn’t low carb but it was a fun festive treat to make.

Our class mom at school asked for a volunteer to help put these together for the kids this week, and I really loved the idea!

-I used mini bamboo skewers from @surlatable with the pointy ends cut off  for the stick.
-Powdered mini donuts from @hostess_snacks .
– @haribousa licorice sheets, from @target .
-I used home made Royal icing to help glue the pieces on.
-The store bought black icing for the face was really hard to work with, it wouldn’t stick well. I would definitely just try to use some black Rohan icing for this next time.
-The frosting needs to be a little more wet, to stick in to the powdered sugar layer better.
