Truffle Compound Butter

White Truffle compound butter.  Such an amazing way to elevate your steak dish, and add great flavor! 🥩 And only 3 ingredients !

If you like the flavor of truffle at all, do yourself a favor and go on to Amazon and order this @latourangelleartisanoils truffle oil now!  It’s also the oil I used to drizzle on my arugula pizza last night.

What I used:
-1 stick unsalted butter.
-1/4 cup of @latourangelleartisanoils white truffle oil.
-2 tbsp chopped up sautéed mushrooms.

Melt the stick of butter in a bowl until it is very soft (not completely liquid) add in the oil and mix well.
Then add in the mushrooms. Mix this all together and place in the fridge until it hardens, but is still playable. About 20 mins.

Scoop the butter on to wax paper, using spatulas shape the butter in to sort of a round, cylindrical shape.

Once that is done move the butter from the wax paper to some plastic wrap, roll it up tightly and place in the fridge to harden!

Serve on a steak with salt on top!
