This was one of my favorite apps I’ve ever made, and it makes a perfect centerpiece for your holiday charcuterie board.

I used garlic herb, and shallot onion flavored @boursincheese , and mixed in more softened cream cheese, mixed it all up together and added something a little different to each layer.

**Arms and face are pieces of @chomps cut up. The chomp was perfect for the arms because they were already sort of that size!

The bottom ball Is 3/4 package of cream cheese with chopped sun dried tomato, and pesto from @traderjoes, 3 cloves minced garlic. .

Middle ball is shallot and chive @Boursin cheese with chopped shallots and green onion.

Top ball is @boursincheese garlic and herb with one clove minced garlic added.

I wrap up each layer in plastic wrap and try to shape as round as possible, and the place it in the freezer to cool.

Re shape and use a skewer to hold the layers together, and hold the cucumber hat on.
.
For the hat I used a thin slice of a large English cucumber, and the top part of the hat is a Persian cucumber cut in to about a 1.5 inch long slice.
