Keto Eggroll in a Bowl with Cauliflower Fried Rice

I know this isn’t the nicest pic but this had really great flavor, and was super easy!

-1.25 lbs ground @jennieo 93/7 Turkey.
-12oz shredded cabbage mix.
-6 cloves garlic, or garlic squares.
-3 squares of ginger.
-4 Tbsp sesame oil.
-3/4 cup chopped sweet onion.
-4 chopped green onion.
-2 Tbsp rice (or white) wine vinegar.
-1/4 cup soy sauce.

For the mustard I didn’t have any spicy Chinese mustard so I sort of made my own. With a lot of wasabi, Dijon, and a little Coleman’s for that extra mustard kick, and this turned out really great.

Directions:
-Cook down the meat until mostly fully cooked, and drain the fat.
-Add in the oil, sweet onion, garlic and ginger.
-Cook for about 5 minutes on med until onions soften.
-Add in soy sauce, and cabbage. Cook for another 5 minutes until cabbage softens.
-Turn off the flame and add in vinegar, and fold in the green onion and serve!
