Garlic Bacon Brussels Sprouts
Garlic butter roasted Brussels sprouts topped with parmesan and bacon.🥬🥓.

One of my favorite Thanksgiving sides, and it’s pretty quick!

1lb Brussels sprouts
5 pieces bacon
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick of salted butter.
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt.
For 1lb Brussels – Cut end of sprout off, then cut in half. Peel off any ugly leaves.

*In a little dish put 1/2 a stick of salted butter.
*Add 2 cloves minced garlic (I use a zester to get the garlic finely minced) *microwave butter/garlic until fully melted. Mix it up and toss all of the sprouts in a big bowl with this butter mixture. Lightly salt 1/4 tsp. Set aside.

Cook 5 pieces of bacon to desired crispness.

Scoop all of the sprouts in to a baking dish sprinkle parm and chopped bacon on top, and bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Every oven is a little different, So I just keep an eye on them, and when they start to look a little browned like the pic they are done!

Leave the bacon off to make this a #ketovegetarian dish!!* .
