Mummy Jalapeno Poppers

Spooky ‘Mummy’ Jalepeño poppers with cream cheese, pineapple and cilantro lime dipping sauce!

One of my favorite game day apps to make with a fun Halloween spin:).

Ingredients:
1) Large Jalepeños.
2) cream cheeese.
3) center cut bacon.
4) slices of pineapple.

5) Cilantro-lime dressing as dipping sauce (find this recipe under my sauces and dressings tab)

-Cut the Jalapeño in 1/2, scoop out the seeds.
-Fill the Jalapeño 1/2 with cream cheese.
-Add pineapple slices.
-Wrap each 1/2 with one piece of center cut bacon, or any kind of thin bacon. (Thick bacon takes too long to cook crispy like this)
-Bake on a foil sheet on the top rack of the oven at 375° for about 45 minutes (or until desired crisp-ness)
-Cut the ends off of black olives for the eyes, and add to each popper before serving !
