American Wagyu Filet Mignon Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
– @crowdcow American wagyu filet.
-Avocado.
-Pickled red onion.
-Heirloom tomato.
-Blue cheese crumbles.
-Blue cheese ranch.

*Blue cheese ranch:
-1/2 cup mayo.
-1/2 cup sour cream.
-1/4 cup cream.
-1/4 cup water.
-2 Tbsp hidden valley ranch powdered seasoning.
-3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles.

The steak was simply seasoned with coarse cracked pepper, and A LOT of kosher salt. Seared on all sides with butter until the cook was rare. This was a really thick steak so I cooked this probably about 4 minutes on a cast iron skillet on all sides. So about 10-12 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
