I have a deviled egg for every occasion! These taste like a deviled egg, no pumpkin flavor, just a little food coloring for the pumpkin flavor.
.
.
.
-5 hard boiled eggs, cut in 1/2 and yolk in a separate bowl.
-1/3 cup mayo.
-3 tbsp mustard. (Or to taste)
-1/2 a medium chopped up pickle.
-chives for the stems.
-use a hand blender to mix this all up!
.
.
I add a couple of slices of pickle in the bottom of each egg 1/2. I typically put pickle in the mixture, but I wanted this one to be smooth!
.
.
Add all of the filling in to a large baggie, and cut the corner so that the hole is about 3/4 of a inch.
-pipe in the filling to each egg, creating sort of a ripple effect so the filling looks like the outside of a pumpkin. (You can also use the end of a spoon to create this effect.)
.
.
-Add a dab of the filling to the plate to sort of โglueโ on the egg to the plate so they donโt slide around everywhere!

Super easy holiday app!
