Spicy tuna mini tostadas.

Such a great app, and quick.

Just cut the @cutdacarb in to rounds, and pan fry them until crisp with oil or spray.

-1/2 lb sashimi grade ahi.
-2 tbsp mayo.
-1 Tbsp of sriracha (or more if you like it spicy)
-1/2 tsp sesame oil.
-2tsp Yuzu vinegar, or juice from 1/2 a lime.

Mix that all in with the cubed tuna.

For the ‘sweet’  sauce on top I used @pfchangs teriyaki sauce which has about 6 carbs, and soy sauce mixed together 1:1 ratio, and reduced it on low heat in a sauce pan until it became a syrup consistency, and drizzled over top with chives.
