Pickled Red Onion

Pickled red onion. A tasty way to make your red onion last a lot longer, while elevating every dish you put them on!

Pickled Red Onion:
– 1 small thinly sliced red onion.
-1/2 cup room temp water.
-1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. (Any vinegar besides balsamic will work if you don’t have apple)
-1tbsp your choice sweetener.
-3/4-1 tbsp salt. .

.
Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour. I leave it up to 48 hours. .
