-Romaine.
-Tomato.
-Avocado.
-Hard boiled egg.
-Red onion.
-Cucumber.
-5oz rotisserie chicken.
– @franksredhot sauce.
-Blue cheese crumbles.

I toss the chicken in about 1/4 cup of franks buffalo sauce, and layer all of the toppings on the romaine.

Add the chicken and drizzle more buffalo sauce, and keto ranch over top.

🔶Keto ranch:
-1/4 cup mayo.
-1/3 cup sour cream.
-1.5 to 2 tbsp @hidden.valley ranch powder mix.
-Mix this up well, and add in a little water until it is at desired consistency. .
