Dungeness Crab Cocktail using the Ultimate burger press as the mold!  you can also use a ramekin lined with plastic wrap if you don’t have this.

This took me all of about 5 minutes to make. I just stuffed some crab meat with chopped chives in to the large @ultimateburgerpress using plastic wrap to line it, and flipped it over and filled the middle with a couple of arugula leaves(so the sauce wouldn’t seep thru) and filled it up with some cocktail sauce and horseradish.
