Huevos Rancheros
Huevos Rancheros made with @cutdacarb and turkey breakfast sausage. Thought I would start out this #tacotuesday morning with this yummy breakfast!

Anyone else miss Brunch?!
This was always one of my favorite things to order going out, but this honestly tastes even better at home, especially since I can make it low-carb with cutdacarb!

Ingredients
-1 cut da carb cut in to circles.
-1/3cup green enchilada sauce. (Or red)
-4oz ground breakfast turkey sausage.
-2 eggs
-1/2 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese.
-1/2 oz white cheddar.
-2 oz refried beans.
-1/4 avocado.
-pico de gallo. .

This was super easy to make, and really hit the spot!. Only 24 carbs all in for this meal, which is ALOT less than when you eat out. .

🔹Pan fry cutdacarb rounds for 30 seconds each side with light oil, until golden brown.
🔹heat up the refried beans and spread out evenly over the tortillas.
🔹Add turkey sausage and cheese.
🔹Add your fried eggs(or any style you like) on top of cheese to help melt the cheese.
🔹Drizzle your sauce over top right before you eat them.
🔹Garnish with avocado, pico de gallo, and cilantro. .
