1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 cloves garlic
2 tbsp shallot
Juice from one lime
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sweetener (I used @splenda)
1/2 a Serrano pepper
1 Big handful of cilantro
2 tsp olive oil
.
*Blend all ingredients together with a hand blender. If you don’t have one pulse it in a blender of food processor.
