Creamy Tzatziki

I’ve been working on this recipe every time I make Greek food, and this time I added a little sour cream to the mix for a more creamy texture. Any time you have 2% fat or under of Greek yogurt, I would recommend doing this!

Creamy Tzatziki Recipe:
-3 small cloves of minced garlic.
-1/2 cup 2% @fage Greek yogurt.
-1/4 cup sour cream.
-1 regular cucumber peeled and grated with small cheese grater. And wring out water.
-Juice from 1/2 a lemon.
-2 Tbsp finely chopped dill.
-1 Tbsp chopped parsley. (Traditionally this is mint, but I don’t like mint)
