Another one of my favorites🥓. Bacon wrapped jalapeño with cream cheese and pineapple inside. Served with a cilantro lime crema.  Great for a #superbowl party app

These have amazing flavor, spice from jalepeno, creamy flavor from the cream cheese, with the saltiness of bacon, sweetness of pineapple and this cilantro sauce really brightens it all up. .

Directions:
 🔹Cut the stem off of the jalepeno, and then cut in half , and remove all seeds with a spoon.
🔹Fill each 1/2 with cream cheese, and 3-4 small slices of fresh pineapple.  Don’t be shy with the pineapple, they cook down quite a bit so if you want that sweet taste make sure to put enough in each bite!
🔹Wrap each half jalepeno with one whole piece of bacon. I like to use @farmerjohnla regular bacon.  I don’t like to use the thick cut bacon for this because I like it as crispy as possible. Also the thick bacon doesn’t wrap as easily. .
🔶cover cookie sheet with foil and bake at about 400 for around 25 mins, or until the bacon reaches desirable crispness. .

Sauce

🔹1/2 cup sour cream.
🔹1/2 clove garlic.
🔹handful of fresh cilantro.
🔹juice from 1/2 a lime or 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar.

🔶put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, or use a hand blender and blend it all up.
