Hi, I’m Elisabeth

Hello everyone! I just wanted to re-introduce myself, it has been a while since I have:) .

Also I figured now was a good time to get a pic since it’s the first time in a couple of months since I’ve done my hair color and put some makeup on😬! (Anyone else?) #quarantinelife .
Don’t mind the sippy cup and slide in the living room behind me in this pic🤣. Kids stuff is everywhere right now being at home all the time!

My name is Elisabeth, and I am a hair stylist by profession, 💇🏼‍♀️.
I have been lucky enough to be at home full time with my 5 year old and almost 3 year old. I started this page about a year ago to sort of do something for myself, and to share some of my low-carb recipes and ideas, and, ofcourse, try to keep myself accountable to loose some extra weight. I have gained and lost more than I can keep track of, currently about 30lbs down from my heaviest.

I feel so munch better when I eat lower carb and that’s why I’ve always sort of gravitated to a lower carb diet in general. I have never really been hard-core keto, but I keep it low carb for the most part! I’ve always been a fan of clean eating as well, and try to share recipes that can be helpful no matter what type of diet you follow. At this time being at home 24/7 and cooking most meals at home, trying to keep the kids active and busy with activities, there are definitely nights that cooking is the LAST thing I want to do sometimes! .

I have really enjoyed starting this page!! Thank you so much for following along with me. I’m so happy to be a part of this low carb community!
